An Established Pattern

They say it takes 28 days to establish a pattern…I wonder if I’m paisley… or maybe chevron?? ha. At any rate, apparently I now have formed a new pattern: after the 31 days writing challenge I now want to write every day…I don’t know how long it will last, but we’ll see…

I’ve mentioned math before and how we were never really good friends…but there is one equation that never fails:

You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world. ~ 1 John 4:4

I love how Mercy Me built this whole song around that whole verse…

And if I can remember no other rule then let it be this one…

It just won’t work any other way. When I start puffing out my chest and thinking that I’ve got this, thinking that I am in control then I’ve got an unbalanced equation that just can’t be solved.

He is all and I am small.

If you’re feeling unbalanced today and like your plans just aren’t working out, maybe it’s time to check the math…?

What do you guys do when things just don’t compute?
