Thankful Thursday

Praise the LORD, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name. Praise the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits— who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s. ~Psalm 103:1-5

I read part of this verse on Holley Gerth’s blog this week and it went right along with the love theme that’s been rolling in my head the past few days. It really drives it home for me – since we are crowned with such love as this– how could we not let it rule??

I just can’t help but feel all love-y dove-y this week…!

So today I’m reviving “Thankful Thursday” and I’m thankful for a God who cares for me so much and for folks that inspire me in real life — You know who you are {wink wink}!–and in the blogging community…I’m also thankful for dark chocolate (because.of.course.)…and beautiful 85 degree weather!
