I’ve been mulling that one over all week…

When we choose to freak out over little stuff or not…

When we  choose to eat one more cookie/cake/pie/_____ {insert your indulgence of choice here…mine is currently chili cheese fritos…I don’t even know why…} instead of taking a walk…

When we choose to speak first and fast and maybe unkindly rather than hold our tongue…

We set ourselves in motion on a certain path.

BUT

The path we’re currently careening down isn’t necessarily the one we have to stay on. No ma’am…no sir. Not at all. Branch off. Be adventurous. Act outside the box. Choose different… And pave a new road.
