If you want to make stress free decisions, navigate your mental roadblocks and see all that's possible in your life and space, welcome home friend. I'm Heather, your designer, coach & creative companion and I'm so glad you're here.

Welcome to my online home. Come in, grab your favorite cup of tea or coffee (I’m hooked on a spicy cinnamon tea right now) and let’s get to know each other!

Here we dive deep into all things heart and home. In these virtual rooms, you’ll find practical examples for styling, organizing and designing a nourishing space to support your dreams and goals (sometimes with a vintage flair -because that’s my first love!)

You’ll also see mood boards, faith & mindset tips because the state of your ❤ and 🏡 are intricately connected.

Attitude and Gratitude… I saw an interview with a spunky 102 year old lady and these were the 2 biggest things that she attributed to her long life. Easy to say- much more challenging to live out but I’m resolved to keep refocusing and finding the joy- even in wallpaper in unexpected places as she said. 😂 💖 So in that spirit here’s what brought me joy the past few months. Me and my house… we’re just a big ol work in progress!! I’m still working on feeling my way through a feeling instead of stuffing it, eating it or bypassing it. 🙄My bedroom wall still has 7 different paint swatches and only one small wall fully painted. (Don’t even look at my kitchen and its amateur drywall repair after the lizard incident…if u need a good laugh you can read about that in my latest blog- 😻🦎link in bio.) The rest of the room might be a mess but I finally have one cozy corner in my multi-purpose office. Relocated peacock drapes and map from the living room, amazon blinds, the bench built from a headboard, a thrifted plant and pendant light. How ‘bout a little mood board Monday? If you love mid century mixed with some organic modern vibes this one’s for you! Let the record show i’m mediocre at best with talking before pictures… not a great quality for a designer but i’m working on it. 😂😂 How ‘bout a little Attitude and Gratitude check!! It’s only taken me a few decades to learn (better late than never!) but I think I’ve finally found the keys to getting unstuck in my life and home projects! ✨When we visualize and verbalize what we’re trying to achieve- in home or in life- it’s as if the right things and situations just show up.✨ 🏡✨I love coming home. Truly if you give me the option of going big or going home, I’m probably gonna choose home. ⚜️I spend a lot of time dreaming of and designing beautiful homes... but in the past I tended to forget about the most important one I lived in every day- my inner home: the place where my thoughts, emotions, and soul all live. See, there’s the home we live in and then there’s the home that lives in us.
